Slow
I have been missing lots of classes lately. I am back working on modified duty on day shift. My back is still giving me issues. At the end of the day it is hard to find a position without hurting.I continue Physio and i have prioritizing my exercises over kungfu . This said my number have drop but yet i am feeling i am doing great for looking after myself. I have a book in my bag that have been ignored. Taking notes is not my strength but never too late to change some bad habits. Blogging is hard too but maybe by taken note he can help me . Pu 8200(7625) su 9205(8530) sparring 143(131).
