Limits

Slowly , i am learning about my limits. I have been cheating a lot to accommodate but yet it doesn’t help my flow or even the harmony. I noticed , depending how much i do prior the class , if i had Physio my tolerance changes. As much that i would like to give a 10 level i know it is not possible at this time . I need to pick and choose how much i can do without setting me back . Being injured bring other learning opportunities and i might not be fully aware of all the positive aspects of it . The negative aspects for me is i don’t like to be treating differently due i know i can be better.
