Goal’s

My rehabilitation took longer than i expected . Perhaps my goals was big  but Without having big goal I wouldn’t be where i am today . I am back working on the basic , the repetition of modified stances cause me bad habits. So lately i don’t feel any wow factor into my training and found harder to blog too. My focus is to increasing my strength, my balance and of course the depth of my stances!
