Good to be back
Yesterday was my first class back !So much eyes opening.working on the opposite side than normally you do and feel something is wrong show me that i should incorporate this more often on my training.Having more space help me to realized i need to work on my breathing ! I felt dizzy and hot at the end of the class but noticed i didn’t look all the time where was my target with the spinning kick and how i need to loosen up the controls with the spinning stiff kick to spine and just go for it .Sometimes to much thinking will go against your trust.
