Round # 2

 Sparring is something that i haven’t done the last 2 years. Round one was great despite i got punch a lot but didn’t get overwhelmed or afraid so i guess it is a good thing. Round 2 had some improvements in my guard but often dropping them after i hit. It s difficult to maintain all intents. Guards, seeing opening and combinations all need to be my focus. I have tendency to get exited and just go for it . I also forgot to listen to my own body. Round one i was keeping my right lead but round 2 i mixed right and left results my knee and back are still giving grief. I will try to make it to the open training and if any one is up for sparring i would really like that.
