Breath and keep trying

 I have been quiet for awhile. I missed so many classes due of feeling sick or lack of sleep. Good reason but the scary part is i was relieved. I didn’t have a PLAN on how to train. I was lucky to have done my MRI for my knee .The results and plan of my surgeons got me in a negative spiral though. Rest - anti inflammatory- injections and more . My fears was that everything will come back as soon i restart everything. My doctor disagreed with him and felt i was heard. Unfortunately i know the day of class is after a Night Shift . He doesn’t take much to have my symptoms aggravated , only walking a lots can do . I still don’t have a true plan but slow and less repetition will be my next try . I have to learn was is my trigger and keep trying to adapt.
