Fall break

 Fall break was last week for my kids . So i feel this week the break was for me ! No extra classes and extra time for me . Me and my husband are a great team by managing all (kungfu ,swim, dance , gymnastics and baseball ) we are very organized to make it works. Back Working full time 12 h nights shift have push me to do things differently to keep up with my requirements. This week show me that i was not training purposely . I have been collecting so many dots since my injury but this knowledge was not noticeable if i didn’t take time to apply it . I had time to train differently and i learn a lot . Example i can kick without issue if i slow down or go lower than before, so speed and hight is a big factor in my training.
