Plan

 I finally got a plan for back to work. This is so exciting for me . Being off for 8 months was good and bad . I had more time with my family and easy time to train but hard to be limited of what i could do . I am looking forward to modified my training to be able to adapt on my new routine. Things are improving not as fast  that i would love too but progress is there. Kicks are still a challenge with that pivoting but don’t need the wall anymore!! I told  my physiotherapist that i feel  that i should push more even if the pain is occurring , to help increasing my tolerance and he agreed. My number in some areas are lower at the moment due i spent more time on my exercise. Balancing kungfu and physio s my words for now!
