Strength
Recently , i have been pushing myself a little bit more. The good thing is i am working on my strength and rebuild the muscle. That come with consequences ,more swelling but i am learning when to stop and find a balance. Slowing down is a good thing due now i have time to analyze the step and not only doing the step because i know it . I have generated more questions now and even doubting myself that help me with my awareness . Patience and safety need to be part of my training .
