Slow down
Lately i have been doing more ! helping in kids classes, dragon dance and of course my own training at home and my regular classes. I felt throbbing pain often but yet i didn’t slown down . Only decrease the intensity in some areas. I wasn’t in denied of my knee injury but exited to be more engaged. Last night i got the memo that i am not there yet .No one at fault but again a learning in my part that i need to remember. My fears is back regarding how now i can achieve a progression . I know it s not a race but only hard to reset my goals.
