My physiotherapist includes my Kungfu into my therapy. I have been throwing kicks at 50-75 and 100% when i kick at 50 % i am able to really focus on my foot position. When i kick at 100% i focused more on the kick ,the speed and the technique. For now it s hard to say if fear of injuring myself is keeping me in the 50/75 % My confidence to give my level 10 has drop or perhaps i am just training wiser.i was nervous and exited for the demo of  Stony Plain .The adaptation required to perform in street brings you closer to the real life situation.
