Little step

Lately have been slowing down my number but i am ok with that due now my knee pain is gone but now struggling to pivot my foot while doing the side heel kick .I know is a mental issue (be affraid of hurting again).time and practice it is.saddly i have to say i just got tested positive for Covid-19 my unit went into an outbreak and i am the 7 staff with the results.i am mixed feeling anxious ,angry and upset.I am doing good only stuffy nose .When doing the swab i didn’t feel anything i focused on my breathing and i didn’t flinched!So when i trained i feel my focus stay only for short periods of time and then my excitement take over .so my breathing help me to redirect my thoughts so i need to work with my breathing
