Personal requirements

 I am not proud saying that i am failing with my personal goal .I am still a smoker, bad eating habits and did not achieve yet my 5 k running.This past weekend i had eye openings!my son telling me breakfast is the most important meal of the day,Mr Duncan with his  due date for smoking cessation.Now i just need to kick myself and applying a plan.I am keep pushing back my date so on Wednesday it is!Working only night shift for so long i feel my body stay in that beat even on my days off .In the past i say i will not have coffee unless i eat before but i didn’t do it .I will return to this plan!For the running part  with more energy and smoke free hopefully that will help me to achieve this goal!Finally i just want to share that we gona have a new kitten from scars!!!
