On of my goal
One of my goal this year was to have a better diet.Working night shift for over 9 hr have created bad habits.I am eating sometimes only one meal then craving for bad food.when i am on my days off my body don’t tell me that i am hungry until 2 pm them it s almost supper time.Now. I am grateful somehow about the covid due being with my kids at home that push me to eat with them .That also show them the importance of it.I believe in every bad thing or situation the good and positive can there!
