Injury

Last Monday during class I injured my knee while doing a spinning back kick. I question whether my technique was wrong. Did I twist? Was I too straight? Or did I simply aggravate an old injury. I will not quit training but going forward my training will be definitely different. I will now have a different route than expected, I just hope I will able to pull it off. I am afraid that my fear of failing will slow down my progress but I am staying positive that with time my goal will be reached! I believe all obstacles give you the opportunity to learn something if you choose to overcome the negative thoughts.
