Coffee

 I am falling behind this month. I haven’t recorded my rep  or number while i was on vacation even if i did train , thoses # are lost . Since i am back , i didn’t return to my regular habit. Normally i will grab my book that i recorded and read the mastery,  do 25 push up in regards to have my coffee. No good reason i can think so i just need to shake up and just do it . One big change is now i am tolerating the vowl and feel better that doing it from standing!!

Plan

 I finally got a plan for back to work. This is so exciting for me . Being off for 8 months was good and bad . I had more time with my family and easy time to train but hard to be limited of what i could do . I am looking forward to modified my training to be able to adapt on my new routine. Things are improving not as fast  that i would love too but progress is there. Kicks are still a challenge with that pivoting but don’t need the wall anymore!! I told  my physiotherapist that i feel  that i should push more even if the pain is occurring , to help increasing my tolerance and he agreed. My number in some areas are lower at the moment due i spent more time on my exercise. Balancing kungfu and physio s my words for now!

Negative

This past weekend was the provincial baseball tournament for my son . Many time my mama bears wanted to come out but looking at my son not being affected by the situation and keeping is positively was a very proud moment and he kept me grounded. I had an amazing talk with him about engagement/ goal and the importance of having a plan of action. Now that i have more free time due all activity is done i am finding myself not so much motivated. Time to revisit my plan of action .
