Coffee
I am falling behind this month. I haven’t recorded my rep or number while i was on vacation even if i did train , thoses # are lost . Since i am back , i didn’t return to my regular habit. Normally i will grab my book that i recorded and read the mastery, do 25 push up in regards to have my coffee. No good reason i can think so i just need to shake up and just do it . One big change is now i am tolerating the vowl and feel better that doing it from standing!!
