Easy push up

Being off work have help me to be able to boost my numbers .It s kinda feel good to have extra for the rainy day . The day i do only 150 push up and sit up seems so easy to accomplish and don’t take time to do it . Does i will be able to keep that momentum going when i will be back to work ?probably not but i know the minimum is achievable whatever happened.

One month

 It s been roughly one month since the surgery. I am still facing some limitations.My training is mostly from sitting and yet i found this is an opportunity that i never expected. From the previous year in the Ihc team i was planning my routine base on work and days off .Lack of time or space was the reason behind my plan . Now i know i could have done better . Training from sitting have his lack and hard when you are trying to feel the harmony but yet i am learning ! Now i am starting to feel the energy when i am doing 18 motions temple . At time i do sparring with the tv close and i fight my shadow or target one actor when I watch a show . The most difficult part right now is to come up with my weapon form ,so i will attempt to write it down and have my son to execute it !

Extra time

 Free time is not something i normally have . I take advantage right now to pad my numbers in a few area but some are in critical. I didn’t figure out yet how to modified or attempt to do any without injuring myself yet . I am looking forward to start my physiotherapy to help me to adapt my exercises to Kungfu move and perhaps back on the mat ! I am aware how my body is restricted for some moves or what is my restrictions for the next 6 months but that shouldn’t be any excuses of not trying. I should see this as an amazing opportunity to be creative and overcome my fears of doing something wrong. I will find a way and that started my admitted that i need to reach out . I have book a few 1/1 !!
