Eyes for details

Last Wednesday class we practice form .Thanks to todai csillag  for her eyes for details.Even if we know the form we can always learn and do better. I found difficult to keep the same intent throughout.When my knee hurts or shock me then my focus goes in the proctection aspect that brings me to loose focus on other areas like the rotation of my wrist for punch . Distraction can lead you to rush it and forget where you are and what you are doing .when working on one area of the form ,the flow can be different and feel it differently. I can only think about 2 words to wrap up Wednesday class . Adaptation and practice!
