My personal progress

 What a fun night!! Breaking board always provides me a great feeling and feedback . This year was no different. The combined of 2 technic brings up the game. I was wondering how i can do that when i am limiting myself to my rights side . I surprised myself about the idea of technic. I want to keep that for my training not only focusing on one but incorporating multiple.  I am really looking forward for it . The rabbits years have been challenging in a good way. Lots of up and down but with a big learning curve. My requirements have been choosing in the area where i feel i need to improve more . It will help me to surpass my fears. Kicks will be my main focus . My goal of my form is to love lung ! For my weapon i will have my kids teaching me the butterfly swords the school form . They are in board!! The lion project have inspired me to do more craft and take time for me . I really enjoy those stuff but i have always put it aside . I am getting back to my regular routine at work, i made some ajustements ans so far it s going well!!             Pu 33781(33006). / su 33901( 32051) / sparring 634(627).  On my last Night Shift i was outside and talking with my husband on the phone. Fews staff was also there when i saw a young man walking throughout us. Bare feet , talking to himself and acting aggressively. I hung up and called security. That man got close to one of us and looking for fights but left due all of us surrender him . While i am with security on the line he left to an other directions of a girl sitting by herself on the bench . He grabbed her but she remained calmed. We were all going there and then security came and running , that guy fled as soon it see it. I question myself if i was on the girl shoes how i will have reacted? First i wouldn’t have remained sitting but after i am not sure what will have happened next . This is scary due now looking back that she didn’t attempt anything help to not trigger him but also the number of us coming to him might have help too. I am just glad no one got hurt and that i call the security before he encounter with us .   ...

 A new month , a new start and a different way to see things. September , i was looking at what i was failing at . My requirements , my numbers and not seeing the improvement. Be kind to myself is still something hard . September was beneficial for my knee and this is due of rest and increased exercises. I believe without the Ihc requirements i wouldn’t have push myself the same way i did. It s been 9 months since the surgery. At first doing modifications or even able to write my weapon form and having my son performing for me  was great positive feelings . Has the time past that feeling past. The biggest reason is i am looking at where i was and not how far i become.
