September feels like i am a ghost. I was not in class due of back pain and sickness at the beginning of the month and now due of my schedule it is impossible. My training have been at the lowest that i never been . I did increase my knee exercises and my physiotherapist noticed the improvement . I started to believed that less training was the key of my réhabilitation until today . My physiotherapist asked me how s kungfu. I told him that i haven been really done anything. So many reasons brought me to take that path but now i am seeing more excuses. Kungfu is part of my life and it will be hope to me to find balance .
