Phase’s

 It was my first in person Tiger challenge since i started . At first , i was hesitating to be part of it but happy i did. One of the reasons was how can i perform well when i can’t do the proper stances or working on flow . Sihing Bjorkquist asked  me about fight choreography and i thought that sounds fun and actually i had so much fun doing it and great learning opportunities ! Lately i have been struggling but i start to understand the why . I am getting stronger and walking better but yet some kungfu move remains a big challenges .My mind is tired due i wants to accomplish more but the body doesn’t follow. It was easier mentally before when i had way more limitations .The tiger challenge help me to realized  i came from far and i was able to successfully perform . Recovery have many phases and all of them bring some good reflection and learning!

Tomorrow

 This month i have a tendency to push back for tomorrow then i need to play catch up . My numbers are still good but feel my thoughts are only about doing my number. When i start on the morning that give me motivation to thrive throughout the day and find opportunities to do more.I don’t truly know the reason but i noticed the same pattern in my life . So ill use the words of sihing Langner Just do it !

Fun practice

Last night class ! Game ,laugh and demo. It was great to see everyone performance and the originality of their demo. This time i didn’t have an avatar. I felt my pulse rising and was an exciting moment.My performance was not the best but proud due it was me doing it . I hit myself with my katana but yet i continues. I am getting stronger and i need to trust in my ability and stop focusing so much on my legs. I can’t be at Canada day demo . The Hills bring already some challenges . I have still have some restrictions to apply and uneven ground is one of them . 

Off work

 Being off work have been beneficial . My numbers are higher than the previous year’s. Yes , i am happy but also aware that won't be sustainable. The words why not have been present a lot in my training. Adding 25 push-ups or one more rep of something creating opportunity.Training with modifications show me i don’t need lots of space . Doing sparring or hand form from a sofa is not the same from standing but that increase my focus  and feelings on specific area . So i have great tool to continue when ill be back to work.
